<image:title>About - Working with me:</image:title>
<image:caption>Welcome to my practice! If you’re feeling overwhelmed by family dynamics, trapped in trauma or stress responses, or navigating the challenges of ADHD, I’m here to help. Whether you’re self-diagnosed or formally diagnosed with ADHD, you may feel like you’re trying to function in a world that wasn’t built for your brain. Perhaps it feels like having a “race car brain with bicycle brakes”—with unpredictable motivation, fluctuating energy, and a sense of being overwhelmed by even the smallest tasks. That deep restlessness? You’re not alone. Whether it’s ADHD, trauma, or attachment-related struggles, we can explore what’s going on together and work toward real change. My approach is warm, relational, and individualized. Together, we’ll build a deeper understanding of your experience and what you need from therapy. I draw from psychodynamic therapy, attachment-based and relational approaches, somatic skills, and polyvagal theory to support your growth. Social Justice & Inclusion I believe that healing happens in the context of safety, affirmation, and respect. My practice is explicitly anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and LGBTQIA+ affirming. I acknowledge the impact of systemic injustice—including racism, ableism, classism, and other forms of marginalization—on mental health. I strive to hold space that is inclusive, culturally aware, and responsive to your lived experience. If this resonates with you, reach out—I’d love to set up a consultation and see if we’re a good fit.
